We want to do this with products that are produced locally, as far as possible, and prepared with minimal negative impact on the environment. With respect for the earth on which our vegetables and pulses grow.
Another spoonful!
Adding vegetables and beans to your existing routine is quite doable. Throw a few green peas into your pasta and add a few chickpeas or haricot beans to your soup. You can also add cucumber to that cheese sandwich or even put red cabbage in your poké bowl. It’s really simple! Giving what you currently eat a bit of a twist can already go a long way.
