Your personal data will be processed and secured with the utmost care and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR"). If you have any questions, comments or experiences you would like to share with HAK, please use the contact form. This form asks for your first name, last name and email address. We will only use this information to respond to and process your contact request. You can also give us your mobile or landline number. We may want to call you to ask for additional information so that we can handle your contact request. You can also pass on your address details as we may want to send you something so that we can handle a complaint appropriately, for example. Passing on your telephone number or address details is not compulsory.
You can also contact our Customer Service department (free of charge) by telephone to share your questions, comments and experiences with us. If you contact us by telephone with a complaint, we will save your name, address details and all related correspondence in order to handle the complaint. Your complaints and the personal data relating to them will be made anonymous after two years. The data stored in response to your contact request will not be shared with third parties.

APPLICANTS
An up-to-date summary of all our vacancies is available on our website. Anyone who is interested in applying for these challenging positions and who meets the specified requirements can respond by email. If your preferred vacancy does not appear on our website and you would prefer to send an open application, that’s no problem!
Please attach your CV and motivation letter to your email so that we can assess your suitability for the position. We will ask you to provide your name, gender, date of birth, address and telephone number (in your CV, if you wish). It is also important for us to obtain information about your education, courses and internships, as well as the nature and content of your previous and/or current employment. We may also consult information you have made public through social networks such as LinkedIn if this is relevant to the position. We will process this data following your consent, HAK’s legitimate interest and/or in preparation for a potential employment contract.
Personal data will only be provided to those whose involvement in the application process is essential. The data will not be retained for longer than necessary and will be deleted upon request of the data subject and in any case no later than four weeks after the application process has ended. We will only retain your application data for one year after the conclusion of the application process if you give us your consent to do so, for example to keep you informed about new relevant vacancies.
CUSTOMERS, SUPPLIERS AND BUSINESS CONTACTS
Data relating to customers, suppliers and business contacts will be processed exclusively for the purpose of establishing business contacts for the performance of the contract, for establishing business contacts for the purpose of building up a network or for the execution or application of another law. In general, we only process the first name, last name, telephone number, email address and business address of our contact persons for these purposes.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to ask HAK to access, correct or delete your personal data or to request restricted processing. You also have the right to object to the processing and have your personal data transferred. We will respond to your request within one month. This period may be extended by two months depending on the number of requests and their complexity. If we do not comply with your request to exercise these rights, you also have the right to complain about this to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and to lodge an appeal with the courts.
THIRD PARTIES
We will only share your personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the performance of an agreement, if we are legally obliged to do so, if we have your permission or if it is in HAK's legitimate interest.
